The Saniaccess 3 is a system that is used to install a complete bathroom up to 15 feet below the sewer line, or even up to 150 feet away from a soil stack, with gravity fall. The Saniaccess 3 can handle the effluent from a toilet, sink, bathtub, and/or shower. The Saniaccess 3 incorporates an actual shredder blade system and is equipped with two service panels atop the unit which allows fast and easy access to the internal components, should sanitary items be accidentally flushed.
